Help a Youth in Crisis

LifeWorks, and the 10,000 youth and families we serve each year, depend on generous participation and support from community members in order to carry out our mission.

LifeWorks' mission is to transition youth and families from crisis to safety and success.

Your donation of time, in-kind gifts, or financial gifts will have a significant impact in the lives of those needing a safe place to sleep, a nutritious meal, life skills, parenting skills, GED classes, crisis counseling and many other vital services.

How your support can help

$25 Provides a meal for 10 homeless youth

$50 Provides a month of diapers/formula for a teenage mother

$75 Counseling for an abused runaway youth, a domestic abuse survivor, or a
youth who has witnessed domestic abuse.

$125 A parenting education class for teenage mothers and fathers;
outreach to 4 youth living on the street

$250 A week of GED and literacy classes for teen parents and homeless youth

$500 A month of supportive housing for a teen mother or youth who has "aged
out" of foster care

$1000 Two weeks of shelter for a runaway/homeless youth; three months
of counseling for a domestic abuse survivor/survivor of child abuse
