We have reached our backpack goal, but we are still in need of school supplies for our youth and families!

LifeWorks Education and Workforce Division focuses on breaking the cycles of illiteracy and poverty affecting youth and families experiencing homelessness. Through our programs, youth and young adults dramatically improve their literacy levels, obtain their GEDs, increase their employability, and gain the knowledge and skills necessary to continue their higher education and start off on their pathway to self-sufficiency.

Our Supported Education program offers college readiness assistance for graduates who have a desire to further pursue their educational goals. LifeWorks staff members tutor and also familiarize clients with educational institutions, provide help to complete any applications, navigate financial aid, and provide direct assistance for books and supplies.

With your help, LifeWorks 2019 Back to School Drive will provide our supported education students and youth in our community with the supplies and support they need to succeed this school year in the classroom and at home.

Please support us in reaching our Back to School goals as we work toward providing #Education4Everyone and ending youth homelessness.
