As a fearless advocate for youth and families seeking self-sufficiency, we are guided by our core values to achieve real sustainable and measurable results for clients. These meaningful principles guide everything we do. They are not blanket statements. Our core values shape how we effectively engage and cultivate pathways to self-sufficiency for the clients we serve.
Just as the world evolves, so must our values. In order to create the change we wish to see, we must evolve how we operate and serve our clients. With meticulous data collection and evaluation, we continue to pivot our services for improved results. Along with that, we have updated how LifeWorks demonstrates each value to reflect the current needs of both the community and our team. LifeWorks strives to weave these refreshed and authentic cornerstones into everything we do so that we may achieve our goal of ending youth homelessness in 2020.
